Jolt Co operates under standard service-business terms with two specific notes: itemized invoices separate taxable services (website development, data processing) from non-taxable (strategy, consulting, copywriting) to protect against over-taxation in Texas. Platform-agnostic recommendations carry no exclusive partnership obligations.
